Striking blue bakelite bangle with large cobalt blue speckled glass cabochons. Dimensions for the bangle are 1 1/8" wide X 2 5/8" wrist opening and wall thickness of 5/16" base and 3/4" with the cabs.  This is a substantial bangle and on the heavy side. 

Also notice the slightly larger than average wrist opening.
