Wide light sage green Bakelite bangle with large marbled dots in burgundy and lemon yellow by Jesse Fowler, dated 2018. Bangle dimensions are 1 1/8" wide X 2.5" wrist opening X 3/16" wall thickness. 

You don't see many bakelite bangles by Jesse but he is a masterful artisan and it's a lucky find to get one.  He is mostly known for restoring Bakelite bangles to their original bright colors and has a loyal following.
