Vintage 1940s carved wood face pin/brooch with googly eye and hat in the Zoot Suit style of the period.  This is a large pin about the size of my whole palm, dimensions are 3 1/4" tall X 3 3/4" across X 1/2" thick. The googly eye still moves and the safety clasp is in fine working condition.  

I've collected wood pins for decades and have never seen this one before
